Full Waiver & Participant Agreement EFFECTIVE 12/25/2025

• Age 18+ only.
• Limit: 1 pass per person. You may buy additional passes as gifts, but each pass must be registered to a unique name + email. Once registered, passes are non-transferable.
• Pass is valid for 90 days from the date you receive it. Lost/stolen passes may be replaced at our discretion (admin fee applies)
• Once Registered: NON-TRANSFERABLE; SINGLE PARTICIPANT.  The Strong Pass and The Wellness Pass is issued to one individual only and may not be transferred, resold, or shared unless explicitly stated in writing.  Multiple Passes can be purchased as gifts.   
• NO CASH VALUE; NO REFUNDS - Passes cannot be redeemed for money or credit and is non-refundable, except where expressly required by California law. The passes are not a gift certificate, gift card, or stored-value product and does not represent monetary value. It grants access to scheduled wellness services only during the stated program period.
• PROGRAM PERIOD & EXPIRATION The STRONG PASS and REWARDS PASS  is valid for 60 days from the date of purchase (“Program Period”). WELLNESS PASS is valid for 90 Days experiences must be scheduled and used within the Program Period. Unused experiences expire at the end of the 90-day period and do not carry forward. No extensions, pauses are provided, except where required by law.

• Advance booking is required.  You agree to follow each studio’s policies (booking windows, late-cancel/no-show fees, attire, etc.). Availability may vary.
• Rewards/perks (e.g., Red Light Therapy, Sauna, CryoPlunge) may require proof of participation (stamped card), and are subject to change.
• All services are subject to provider availability.  Missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows may be considered redeemed at the provider’s discretion
• Completion of all benefits is not guaranteed and depends on participant scheduling and availability. Specific offerings, durations, and scheduling availability are determined solely by each participating provider.

Each participating business operates as an independent provider and is solely responsible for its services, staff, facilities, safety, and outcomes.The Wellness Pass organizer does not:

• Provide medical advice
• Control individual treatment decisions
• Assume liability for services rendered by partner providers  

Participants agree to release and hold harmless the STRONG, REWARDS AND WELLNESS Pass organizer from claims arising from services provided by partner businesses.

• Wellness and fitness services (including but not limited to strength training, cardio, heat/cold exposure, red-light and recovery modalities) involve inherent risks of injury or illness. Consult a licensed medical professional before participating. User is responsible for determining whether services are appropriate for their health. 
• You represent that you are physically able to participate and have consulted a clinician if you have any condition that could be affected by exercise, heat/cold, or light-based treatments.  

Participating providers and specific offerings may change due to availability or operational needs. Comparable substitutions may be offered at the organizer’s discretion.

In consideration of using the Lamorinda Strong Pass, you assume all risks and release and hold harmless Lamorinda Strong; its organizers, volunteers, sponsors; and all participating studios, their owners, employees, and contractors from any and all claims arising from ordinary negligence (to the fullest extent permitted by California law).
 

You agree to indemnify and defend the released parties against third-party claims resulting from your actions or failure to follow safety instructions.

Optional: You may consent to photo/video capture during events/classes for social and promotional use by Lamorinda Strong and partner studios. Declining will not affect participation.

We’ll use your contact info to administer your pass and send relevant updates. We do not sell your data. We do share you info once signed up with participating Studios. Unsubscribe anytime.

Passes are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash once issued.

We reserve the right to revoke pass privileges for unsafe or disruptive behavior or policy violations. Be respectful of staff and participants. We reserve the right to revoke pass privileges for unsafe or disruptive behavior.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
