Co-Host, High School Decoded | Former Academic & Student Success and Career Advisor, Saint Mary's College of California
Victoria Crum spent a decade in Academic and Student Success roles at Saint Mary's College of California, personally counseling and guiding more than 1,000 students through the pressures of achievement, confidence, and finding their path. A Lamorinda parent and longtime community leader, her years of experience in PTA leadership, fundraising, and local youth programs give Victoria a firsthand vantage point on what families are navigating. Her coaching style is practical, encouraging, and action-oriented, with a mission to help students build confidence and launch careers that align with their talents and values. She holds an M.A. in Counseling from Saint Mary's College of California and a B.S. in Business from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
As co-host of High School Decoded, a Lamorinda Strong symposium developed with founder Rebecca Barr, Victoria helps parents move beyond the noise of test scores and admissions stress toward practical strategies that build real resilience and confidence in their kids.
