DR. VERONIKA MESHERIAKOVA M.D.

Dr. Veronika Mesheriakova is an adolescent medicine physician and founder of the Northern California Adolescent Specialty Center, where she provides specialized care for teens and young adults navigating mental health concerns, substance use, eating disorders, and other challenges of adolescence.

Dr. Mesheriakova completed her residency training in Pediatrics at Yale and fellowship training in Adolescent & Young Adult Medicine at UCSF. She is board-certified in Pediatrics, Adolescent Medicine, and Addiction Medicine and spent a decade at UCSF, where she developed and led clinical programs serving adolescents and young adults.

Her work focuses on helping families understand what is normal during adolescence, recognize when a young person may need additional support, and navigate complex health and behavioral concerns with practical, evidence-based guidance. She brings a distinctly adolescent-centered perspective to conversations about raising teenagers, grounded in medicine, developmental science, and years of working directly with teens and their families.
