Dr. Dai To serves as the Vice President for Disability Access and Student Well-being at San Francisco State University. A licensed clinical psychologist and accomplished higher education leader, she brings extensive expertise in managing integrated health, mental health, and disability services across university and public health settings. Throughout her career, Dr. To has led strategic initiatives that enhance student well-being and success through innovative, student-centered services. Prior to joining San Francisco State University, she served as Assistant Vice President for Wellness at Saint Mary's College of California. In addition to her leadership roles in higher education, Dr. To maintains a private clinical practice in Lafayette, California, where she works with adults and couples.
